Answers to some of the questions you may have

No referral is required to see a chiropractor. You’re welcome to contact us directly to book an appointment.

Your initial consultation is focused on getting to know you and understanding your health story. We take the time to listen, complete a thorough assessment, and use advanced neuro-spinal scans to see how your nervous system is functioning.

Your chiropractor will review all of this information before your second visit, known as your Report of Findings. This is when we’ll go through your results in detail, answer any questions, and, if appropriate, you’ll receive your first adjustment at that visit.

Absolutely! While we have a special interest in paediatric and family care, we see people of all ages – from newborns to parents, grandparents, and everyone in between. Many adults visit us to better understand how their nervous system is adapting to life’s daily stresses. Our approach is gentle, thorough, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are in your health journey.

Yes, you can claim your appointment through your private health fund if you have chiropractic cover. Payment is made at the time of your visit, and we’ll provide you with a receipt so you can claim your rebate directly with your fund.

Absolutely. Parents are always welcome (and encouraged) to stay with their child throughout the visit.

Every baby and family is different, but we find that many parents choose to have their little one checked quite soon after birth. The early days are a time of rapid change and adjustment, and gentle chiropractic assessments can help us understand how your baby’s neuro-spinal system is adapting to life outside the womb. Our chiropractors are experienced in caring for babies of all ages, including those only a few hours old, and always tailor their approach to suit your child’s individual needs and stage of development.

Yes, we have X-ray facilities available on-site for your convenience. If imaging is clinically required, your chiropractor will discuss this with you and take the necessary X-rays during your visit. We only recommend imaging when it is appropriate and helpful in understanding your individual health needs.

Yes, we love when families come together! Our space is designed to be family-friendly, with plenty of room for little ones to play and feel comfortable.

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is best. You won’t need to change into a gown for most appointments.

Every person is different. Your care plan will depend on your health goals, the findings from your scans, and how your body responds over time.

At this appointment, we’ll review your scans and assessment findings in detail, discuss what we’ve discovered, and outline a personalised care plan. If it’s appropriate, you’ll also receive your first adjustment during this visit.

Yes, we love caring for mums-to-be. Pregnancy care is a special interest of ours, and we have completed additional training in this area. Our approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to help the body adapt comfortably to the many physical and hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy. We’re passionate about creating a calm and nurturing space where mums feel cared for and confident throughout every stage of their journey.

That’s completely fine, we don’t expect them to! We are trained in working with children through all different stages and phases, and we adapt our care to suit each child’s needs. Whether that means adjusting them in the kids’ corner, on the floor while they pat Lucy, or on the table, we always meet your child where they’re at and make the experience calm, fun, and comfortable for everyone.
